Due to the nature of alcoholic products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only available if you receive:
- An incorrect item, or
- A damaged or defective product upon delivery
To request assistance, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and order details. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed using the original payment method.
